Certainly, there are other items on potential tenants’ “ideal home” list, too, that have always been key factors in making a decision. These can include:
- Location – Having convenient access to shopping, schools, churches, parks, and other necessities is typically high on the list when someone is seeking a new place to reside. Proximity to public transportation can also be a plus.
- Safety and security – Many people make it a point to focus on low-crime areas when choosing a rental home or apartment.
- Storage space – Because many tenants know that their current living situation may be temporary, having plenty of storage space can be enticing – especially if it prevents them from having to rent additional space for their belonging elsewhere.
